Movie: To Kill A Mockingbird (1962)

Synopsis: Atticus Finch, a lawyer in the Depression-era South, defends a black man against an undeserved rape charge, and his kids against prejudice.
Movie: City of God (2002)
Cause: Poverty and Crime
Synopsis: A brilliant film that tells an interweaving story of two boys growing up in a violent neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The story follows the two boys as they take different paths: one becomes a photographer, the other a drug dealer.
